Introduction Call

During the Introduction call / meeting, you will have a chance of getting introduced to the Hiring manager for the position. The goal of this call / meeting is for us to get to know more about you, your background and your interest on Upway. It will be also a great opportunity for you to learn more about our company and the position.

Stage 4

Co-founder Call

During this call, you will have the opportunity of spending time with one of operations leads to go more in dept on operations accumen and your take on real live challenges at Upway.

We deeply care about candidate experience and this call is not an interview, so feel free to ask anything and we will make sure to share the most comprehensive view of Upway!

Stage 5

Interview Stage

At Upway, we care deeply about talent density and the caliber of the persons we bring onboard. We are convinced that building strong teams is the absolute priority and we want to make sure every candidate goes through a thorough interview process.

During the Case study stage, you will get to spend some time deepdiving on some operational challenges that illustrate a grasp out of the day-to-day challenges at Upway. This allows you to showcase your analytical and operational skills and get a deeper understanding of the economics of our business.
