Introduction Call
During the Introduction call / meeting, you will have a chance of getting introduced to the Hiring manager for the position. The goal of this call / meeting is for us to get to know more about you, your background and your interest on Upway. It will be also a great opportunity for you to learn more about our company and the position.

During this call, you will have the opportunity of spending time with one of our Co-founder and ask all the questions you want on the company, on how we work, and where we are going.

Interview Stage
At Upway, we care deeply about talent density and the caliber of the persons we bring onboard. We are convinced that building strong teams is the absolute priority and we want to make sure every candidate goes through a thorough interview process.
